BioData has been founded by Tony Rinaud, PhD in natural sciences at Bielefeld University, Germany.

BioData propose personalized data analysis, reports and programming course from 10+ year of experience in academia and ornithological NGOs.

  • Fieldwork: Breeding surveys of forest passerines (Canada), of farmland birds (France), of seabirds (Alaska), of raptors (Germany)

  • Capture, ringing and blood, feces and morphometric collection

  • DNA and RNA lab work: DNA and RNA extraction, RNA library prepation, sample quality control

  • Bioinformatics: Sequence quality control, alignments, gene expression analysis, annotation

  • Biostatistics: (mixed) linear modelling, multivariate analysis, spatial analysis,  niche analysis.
